Mary Free Bed wins Chamber’s Excellence in Business Award

Grand Rapids, Mich. – Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital received the Excellence in Business Award from the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce during the sixth annual EPIC Awards on June 1, 2015 at Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park.

Mary Free Bed Chief Operating Officer Kent Riddle, who accepted the award, thanked the community and congratulated employees for “making Mary Free Bed an EPIC place to work and receive care.”

The awards ceremony recognizes business and individuals for their entrepreneurial, progressive, innovative and collaborative (EPIC) efforts. Other finalists in the Excellence in Business category were Holland Home and Wolverine Building Group.
