Michael is a certified orthotist who’s served the Lansing area for 10 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Michigan and a master’s in orthotics and prosthetics from Eastern Michigan University.
Robbie Bennett, CPO
Robbie is a certified prosthetist/orthotist. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Gannon University and a master’s in orthotics and prosthetics at Eastern Michigan University. Robbie completed his prosthetic residency at Springer Prosthetics & Orthotics Services and his orthotics residency with Mary Free Bed O&P+B.
Cassondra DePaulis, CPO
Cassi is a certified prosthetist/orthotist with over 10 years of experience. She attended the Associate Orthotics and Prosthetics Technology Program at Baker College and later received her master’s degree in orthotics and prosthetics from Eastern Michigan University. Cassi enjoys helping patients regain their mobility.
Stefanie Kennedy, Regional Office Supervisor
Stefanie is the administrative leader for the Lansing, Saginaw and Troy offices. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in health care administration in 2018 from the University of Michigan. She joined Mary Free Bed orthotics and prosthetics in 2019 and has supporting teams across the state. Now she leads the administrative teams in the Eastern Michigan offices.
Andrew Malewitz, CP
A certified prosthetist completing an orthotics residency with Mary Free Bed O&P+B, Andrew completed a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Michigan State University and a master’s in orthotics and prosthetics from Eastern Michigan University.
Bill Simon, CPO
Bill is a certified prosthetist/orthotist with 20 years of experience in the field. He primarily works with the mobile van unit covering Mid-Michigan. He also sees patients in the Lansing and Saginaw offices. Bill graduated from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas and completed both his residencies in Michigan. He holds multiple certifications and trainings, including in microprocessor knees and feet.
Elizabeth Ward, CPO
Elizabeth is a certified prosthetist/orthotist with 12 years of experience. Her expertise lies in developing and implementing effective strategies for patients to maximize their mobility and independence. She believes that helping people return to their previous activities with a new outlook on mobility and health takes the attentive and thoughtful communication of a team. Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University in preventative rehabilitative programs and completed her graduate studies in prosthetics and orthotics at Northwestern University.
