Michele Fife, Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor and Ayurvedic Yoga therapist, will teach the basics of Ayurvedic Wellness and Ayurvedic Yoga in two informative sessions — 5:30 pm Friday and 2:30 pm Saturday.

Mick Von Doxtater, holistic health chef, will teach classes on how to make authentic British crumpets, cream crisps and other English treats. He’ll even bring along a special guest chef.

Small Landscapes with BIG Attitudes! featuring Kerry Ann Mendez. Do you have a small area to garden but want BIG results? This eye-opening presentation provides clever design and accessorizing tips for maximizing and extending color in smaller landscapes. Plants boasting three seasons of beauty and neat habits are emphasized.

5-9 pm

Tea and “Crumpet Vines” in the outdoor Greenhouse. Hot tea, green tea, iced tea brought to you by Schuils Coffee along with tasty crumpets.

Mother’s Day Tea Cup Arrangement – a design demonstration. Special Sign Up Required. Learn and watch for free. Our designer will demonstrate both fresh and silk flowers in tea cups, coffee mugs and other containers to make you a floral design expert. (Demonstration is 5:30-6:30 pm. Supplies available for purchase at demonstration.)

Healthy Cooking Demonstrations upstairs in the Alpine “Tree House” with local chefs cooking up fun and healthy foods.

A Succulent How-To – Creative, Inexpensive Succulent Set-Abouts using Everyday, Household Items. Watch and learn as succulent experts Jackie and Kathleen wow you with these popular, trendy plants.

An Herb Bowl How-To – Cut and Come Again. Ongoing demonstration of how to create your own healthy herb bowl.

Fun children’s activity – Ice Cream Cone Seed Starting – hosted by “Flower-buds,” Will and Cadia. Bring the kids and have them plant a cone they can give to Mom to plant outside this spring. FREE!
