Multidisciplinary presentations aimed to provide physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, rehabilitation therapists and administrators with the evidence-based information needed to develop and implement a cancer rehabilitation program that can be delivered across the continuum of care (i.e., inpatient, outpatient, community-based settings).

Presentations will explore the latest treatment guidelines for cancer survivorship care and symptom management. Lessons learned about the unique variances and costs associated with implementing a cancer rehabilitation service line will be shared.
