Mary Free Bed and Residential Home Health create Mary Free Bed at Home

Grand Rapids, Mich. (June 3, 2016) – Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital and Residential Home Health announce a new joint venture, effective today, which will provide expanded home health services to West Michigan patients. As a Medicare-certified home health provider, Mary Free Bed at Home offers customized, in-home care, including skilled nursing, physical and occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, medical social work and nutrition services. Advanced telehealth monitoring, a mobile alert system with 24-hour access to a nurse and specialized programs for chronic conditions also are available.
